RETURN POLICY

• All returns have to be made within 14 days of receipt;
• Will be subject to a 10% restocking fee;
• No hair traces or perfume left on the veil;
• Items are still in an ‘as new’ condition and packed well in the original packages;
• Labels are attached to all items;
• Postage will be deducted from the refunds unless the item is faulty.

The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalized orders;
• Colour not as expected is not acceptable as a return reason for personalized items;
• Damaged items;
• Repeat / 2nd purchases.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Free exchange within 14 business days of receipt, provided items are still in an ‘as new’ condition, i.e. with no hair traces or damage;
• No exchange fee but the buyer has to cover the postage;
• Alteration is available for most items with an extra cost.

The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Custom or personalized orders;
• Colour not as expected is not acceptable as a return reason for personalized items;
• Damaged items;
• Repeat / 2nd purchases.
